Econsult authored two reports for the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority (RDA) and the Philadelphia Association of Community Development Corporations (PACDC). The first, in conjunction with the Penn Institute for Urban Research of the University of Pennsylvania, assessed the feasibility of urban agriculture on vacant land owned by RDA. The second, also in conjunction with the Penn Institute for Urban Research and including May 8 Consulting, assessed the state of vacant land in the City. Both have featured prominently in the discussions and actions of the Nutter Administration as it relates to urban agriculture policy and vacant land reform.
