In the matter of George McReynolds v. Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, Inc., U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois Eastern Division Case No. 05-C-6583, Econsult is providing the settlement distribution analysis as part of its engagement with Stowell and Friedman in this matter. Econsult provided the economic expert analysis of Dr. Janice Madden. A $160 million settlement was reached in late 2013.

MAY 2010:
Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts–Issues Arising out of the Transition to State Funding. Econsult’s 2010 study on behalf of the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts is referenced in the Bucks County Courier Times. The study focuses on the prothonotary’s office and clerk of court’s office and is part of the high court’s statewide initiative to integrate county court offices into the Unified Judicial System. Supreme Court Chief Justice Ronald D. Castille spoke with staff writer Peter Hall. (May 17, 2010) The report is further mentioned in an article by staff writer Rich Cholodofsky of the Pittsburgh Tribute-Review (May 30, 2010).
