Jersey Shore’s House Price Declines Slowed in Q4. . . Prices, sales show mixed signals in latest data

The swift slide downwards that Shore home sales and prices took in Q3 has moderated in the most recent quarter.   After a significant drop that has exceeded the average for the Mid-Atlantic region, both home prices and sales along the Jersey Shore appear to have at least temporarily applied the brakes, according to the latest quarterly data.
